End-user Training
Before the phones even reach your staff's desks, we can provide them with hands-on experience of every feature and function the equipment is capable of. We can organise sessions based on job role in order to give staff indepth knowledge of the functions they will use the most, or provide overview sessions to show them how to get the most out of their new equipment. We offer end-user training sessions on:
- handset only functions
- handset and voicemail/messaging solutions
- handset, messaging and additional software solutions (e.g. Conference connection)
End-user Specialist Training
The key members of your team who will operate the reception switchboards and make sure the call centres run smoothly will require knowledge of the advanced applications to get the most out of their many functions. CherryFive provide dedicated training sessions on applications including: ARC Console and Supervisor, IPCC and the CallManager Attendant Console. Our goal is to have your staff completely trained before the migration to Cisco products so that there is no down time after the move.
Trainer Courses
In order to leave your company with a base of knowledge, we also provide skills training to employees who will act as supervisors or trainers of other employees after the migration to Cisco products. These courses can be tailored to suit needs and skill levels, with the goal of creating a foundation to teach future employees or those with a variety of job roles the skills they require at later dates.
On-site support
To make sure that a migration runs as smoothly as possible, we can provide Cisco certified engineers to offer on-site support over the first few days or weeks of a new system being implemented. They can be on call to answer any questions, sort out any problems and take the strain from in-house IT support. Our engineers have the highest qualifications in Cisco Voice and Networking and can offer key technical and physical support during the change.
